Technology in the children's bedroom

Technology in the children's bedroom
Mobile phones, tablets, TV ... Today's reality shows that more and more children are involved with technology. But why is it good to keep technology out of the children's room?
Studies show that 20-40% of school-age children sleep much less than the 10-12 hours needed each night.
The use of technology and the above devices in the children's bedroom and before bedtime significantly affects the quality of sleep of children:
- the brightness of the screen: the light of a screen can fool the brain into thinking it is still daytime.
- Electromagnetic radiation: it is emitted by electronic devices and affects the production of melatonin, a hormone that helps in a balanced sleep.
- the excitement of the content: whether we are talking about video games or chatting with friends online, the excitement that is caused can disrupt a child's sleep.
For the above reasons, therefore, it is good for electronic technology devices to remain outside the children's bedrooms.
