1. Make sure everything in the kids room has its place. When all items have their place they can be easily and quickly arranged.
2. Keep fewer toys. Once a month, make sure you clear toys where you can remove damaged toys, or donate toys that children no longer play with.
3. Invest in toy boxes, fabric or plastic, for easy storage.
4. Place signs on toy boxes and on cabinets / shelves that children can identify so that they can tidy up on their own at any time.
5. Store baskets / storage boxes etc. to a height that children can reach.
